We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your UNUSED merchandise within ten (10) business days from the date of delivery. Golden Age Collectables offers no exchange Before sending your merchandise back to us, please make sure that all of the following conditions have been correctly satisfied. The item you wish to return:

• can be sent back to us only after you have spoken with our returns department at 206-622-9799; at this time you will receive your 'return number';
• must be unused, unworn, and not damaged;
• must be returned with the packing slip:
• must be returned complete of all of its parts and accessories;
• must be sent in its original packaging; CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records must be returned with their original envelope seal or package seal unbroken and intact;
• must be shipped along with the Golden Age Collectables 'return number', which can be acquired by calling Golden Age Collectables at 206-622-9799;
• must be received by Golden Age Collectables within 30 business days from the date of delivery;
• must be sent in one single shipment: items that belong to the same order must be returned to us at the same time.

If all of these conditions are satisfied, we will refund your order value net of handling fees and original shipping costs. We charge an $8.00 handling fee on each return. Return shipping is free. We will not issue any refunds for returns that do not satisfy all of the conditions indicated above; provided, however, that you will have the option to request within thirty (30) days of being notified that you are not entitled to a refund that your merchandise be shipped back to you, at your own cost, in the condition in which it was received by Golden Age Collectables. If you do not request the return of your merchandise within said thirty-day period, Golden Age Collectables will be entitled to dispose of such merchandise in its sole discretion.

Exchanges

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, call our store at 206-622-9799 to request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please call our store at 206-622-9799 (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order. Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center. You can view completed returns and refunds by visiting Your Account and accessing the relevant order summary.

Items that are Not Returnable

Golden Age Collectables does not accept returns of the following items:

• Gift certificates
• Any item not returned in the condition it was received

We reserve the right to designate on our website other non-returnable merchandise. Any such designation will be noted on the detail page of the merchandise which is non-refundable.
